Frensham Vale 22nd May 2001: Family Win for the Bushnells

The Bushnell family had a successful day, dad Martin won the over 40’s red route and sons Tristan and Oliver came second and third in the Youth C red route.

This was North Hants Club’s first visit of the year to Frensham with 65 riders. There were 8 sections which were ridden five times laid out by Richard Winstone.

The ground was very dry and the yellow route was quite hard so it was reported. The winner of the Intermediate Adult Blue route losing no marks so showing that it was “do-able” was Reynard Norris. Second in the class was Mark Elms losing 3 marks and third was Joylon Walters losing 7 marks.

There were 3 entrants in the Twinshock Blue route the winner being Len Hutty losing 8 marks. The winner of the Sportsmen red route losing only no marks was Tony O’Loughlin.
